Patak's Kashmiri Masala Paste

A little less well known than your usual Tikka Masala or Korma, a Kashmiri Masala is essentially a blend of spices from the region of Kashmir and makes a really vivacious curry. Our Kashmiri Masala paste is chocka block full of chillies and also combines authentic spices with ginger, garlic and coriander - and it makes a really rich and flavoursome dish. ().
