Jalpur Semolina White Fine

Semonlina is the inner, granular, strachy endosperm of hard durum wheat (not yet ground into flour). Used to make pasta and semolina milk pudding. Semonlina in India is known as "sooji". Various delicious preparations are made with sooji. Sooji Halwa is a famous and popular sweet dish.
