Jalpur Rice Flour

Ingredients - Polished broken rice  Rice flour is made from finely ground polished broken rice and is therfore whiter than most flours, however it cannot be generally be used for baking in the same way as wheat flour as it contains no gluten. Add it to the skin of roasting chicken to make it deliciously crispy. Jalpur rice flour can be used for idlis, dosas and is particularly useful for baking Indian puddings and biscuits.
